Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 August 2026
These terms govern your use of voicecoachaustin.com and any voice coaching services booked through it. By using this site or booking a lesson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book lessons.
Services We Provide
Voice Coach Austin provides voice coaching and instruction, including singing lessons, speaking voice coaching, audition preparation, and related services listed on this site. Lessons are delivered in person within our stated service area or online by video, as agreed at the time of booking.
Voice coaching is instruction in a skill. It is not a medical or therapeutic service. See the vocal health section below.
Booking and Scheduling
A lesson is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time, and format with you in writing or by phone. Submitting a form on this site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue lessons at our discretion, including where a student's stated goals fall outside what we can responsibly deliver.
Lessons for students under 18 must be arranged by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for payment and for any consent required.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to move or cancel a lesson. Specific notice periods, late cancellation charges, and missed lesson policies are set out at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with us.
Payment
Lesson rates, package terms, and accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking. Fees are due as agreed. We may change our rates for future lessons, but any change will be communicated before it applies to you.
Vocal Health Disclaimer
Voice coaching is skill instruction and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a medical provider and we do not diagnose or treat voice disorders. If you experience persistent hoarseness, pain while speaking or singing, sudden voice loss, or any symptom lasting more than two weeks, consult a physician or a qualified laryngologist or speech language pathologist.
You are responsible for practising within comfortable limits and for stopping any exercise that causes pain. Tell us about any diagnosed voice condition, recent surgery, or medical advice affecting your voice before lessons begin, so instruction can be adapted appropriately.
Results
Voice training is physical conditioning and progress varies between individuals based on starting point, practice consistency, physiology, and goals. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including range extension, audition success, casting, or professional engagement. Any examples or descriptions of student progress on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of comparable results.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, layout, and design, is owned by Voice Coach Austin and is protected by copyright. Exercise materials, practice plans, and other lesson resources are provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial instruction without written permission.
Recording of Lessons
Recording your own lesson for personal practice is normally encouraged, since reviewing a recording is one of the most useful things a student can do between sessions. Publishing or distributing any lesson recording, in whole or in part, requires our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use of This Site
You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent material, to submit false information through our forms, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or to interfere with its normal operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Voice Coach Austin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from voice coaching services, including lost opportunities, lost income, or missed engagements. Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific lesson or lessons giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Site Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Content may become out of date, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Third Party Services
Forms on this site are processed by Splitforms, and analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Your use of those services through this site is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details of what data is handled.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site or continued booking of lessons after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
